With over 30 years of leadership experience in Telecommunication and Informatic Technology, Don has been instrumental in driving the strategic vision of the company and ensuring operational excellence across finance, operations, business development.

Before joining Spectrlite, Don held key positions at Globe, Essar Telecom Business Group in India and Smart Communications Philippines, where he played a pivotal role in At Smart, he was instrumental in rolling out the GSM network and IT infra buildup which saw Smart Group overtaking Globe, the then leader, in GSM business. Under his stewardship, Smart pioneered mobile commerce and electronic loading and e-commerce systems, and continues to be a leader in this field today. With major achievements on business growth, mergers, successful projects.

Colin serves as Group Chief Finance Officer at Spectrlite, where he oversees Finance Department. With over 20 years of leadership experience in Finance industry, Colin has been instrumental in driving the strategic vision of the company and ensuring operational excellence across Finance, Merger and Acquisition and Investment.

Before joining Spectrlite, Colin held key positions at Immrsiv Group, Summit Group and Pico Holdings where he played a pivotal role in showing a strong track record in leading successful IPOs for technology, infrastructure, and telecom companies Managing $1.5 billion asset under management and trusts with estate planning, philanthropic and business goals. With expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Financing & Fundraising, Investors Relations, Investment and Asset Management.

Chia serves as Group Chief Legal Officer at Spectrlite, where he oversees Legal and Governance. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the legal industry, Chia has been instrumental in driving the strategic vision of the Group and ensuring operational excellence across our legal and risk functions.

Before joining Spectrlite, Chia held key partnership positions at leading international law firms where he advised MNCs and banks in M&A, Finance, Tech/FinTech, and Blockchain transactions across Asia and the Middle East.
